Practicing for baby

Part of getting ready for our new baby is teaching dad to put on diapers. Luckily we had a willing (sort of) volunteer to play the role of baby :)

In addition to practicing at home, we've also taken a baby care class, a childbirth class and an "Introducing Your Dog to Your Baby" class. I think we're about as educated as we're going to get at this point. Now all we need is the baby!!

Baby Moss's Shower

In October, I went down to Dallas for my baby shower, hosted by my mom and aunts. It was a wonderful shower! Every detail was so thoughtful and unique. To make it even better, my best friends Joanne and Jocylen made the trip to Dallas for the day. It was much fun and I went back to Colorado as the most spoiled mom-to-be!

We received some truly unique and special gifts for our little girl!

The highlight of the day was getting to catch up with Joanne and Jocylen.

We enjoyed another fabulous Colorado summer. In August, James's mom Jane and her boyfriend, Grant, made the long journey from New Zealand to visit us. Since we only get to see her every 2 years or so, this was a very special visit. This picture was taken in Vail.
