Fall Festival

Lauren's school had their fall festival yesterday. She had a blast. They had bounce houses, petting zoo, face painting, a dunking booth and Lauren's favorite - snow cones. Julia slept through the whole thing.

Update on the girls

In my effort to get caught up on the blog, here's a little update on what the girls are up to.

Lauren is going to St. Philips preschool 3 days a week. She absolutely loves it. She has a really good friend in her class. They hold hands everywhere they go, hug each other when they meet and go home and sit together in chapel. She is really happy there which makes mom really happy. She's also going to soccer once a week. She likes it but I think after she turns 3 we'll go back to swim lessons. She's loving being near Nana and Grandpa (so are mom and dad - free babysitting is awesome!).

Julia is doing great. She's starting to smile, laugh and coo. We started her on Zantac and that seems to have helped her fussiness and massive spitting up. She's sleeping 6-7 hrs at night. Now if we can just get the dogs to do that we might actually get some sleep!

Here's a few more recent pics...

We're Back!

After a looong absence, I am attempting to revitalize the Moss Family blog. Since my last post, we have added a new member to the family, moved back to Texas and James has started a new job. We've been a little busy!

I would like to officially introduce Julia Moss to our blog. Julia was born August 5 at 5:08 pm weighing 7lbs 4oz. She is now 11 weeks old and is doing great. She is much calmer than her sister was which is ironic considering she will probably be the redhead in the family (along with her dad of course). She weighed a whopping 10lbs 8oz at 9 weeks.

So far so good in Texas. We're renting in Frisco while we figure out exactly where we want to live. Lauren is going 3 days a week to a preschool she loves!

James is working too hard and readjusting to corporate. Hopefully things calm down for him soon. James's mom was with us during the move and we couldn't have done it without her.

So here we are in Texas again with two little girls. Hopefully I will be better going forward with the blog. Here's a few pics to get caught up.
